Kokkolanseudun Kehitys Ltd, KOSEK, is a regional development company that was founded on 19 September 2002 and is owned by the municipality of Kokkola and the municipality of Perho. KOSEK is a versatile, free-of-charge supplier of business and development services as well as business advice services which are intended for all entrepreneurs and companies, regardless of their size.
It is our task to further develop the business environment throughout our region and to promote co-operation between the towns and municipalities and the business sector.
We place emphasis on our willingness to help, and on the productivity and unconditional confidentiality of all our activities. Extensive regional co-operation is one of the most important cornerstones of our activities.
