KOSEK - Kokkolanseudun Kehitys Ltd - is a regional development company, established in the autumn of 2002.

KOSEK is owned by the towns and municipalities of the Kokkola region ( Kannus, Kokkola)

KOSEK's mission is to further develop the business conditions for enterprises and associations throughout the region in order to promote co-operation between the municipalities and businesses, and to act on behalf of the region to obtain external funding resources as well as in regional marketing.
